The free myLiveOak app is an innovative tool designed to empower residents in reporting a wide range of local, non-emergency issues directly to the City. This user-friendly application can be accessed on smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Capture images or videos of local concerns like graffiti, potholes, tree hazards, or malfunctioning streetlights or traffic signals and submit them through myLiveOak. Add a brief description of the issue and send it directly to the City for prompt resolution.

Users can also take advantage of your smartphone's geo-location technology to provide the precise location of the reported issue, making the process even easier. 

Within myLiveOak, users can also view and track nearby issues. For those who opt to provide contact information, the application provides notifications regarding the status of your requests, keeping you informed throughout the resolution process.

You can use myLiveOak to report a variety of service requests, including but not limited to:

Yes, most requests can be submitted anonymously. However, the City may wish to contact you to get more information about your request. Providing contact information often aids in completing your request quickly.  It also allows for you to get notifications as your request is being completed.

Your contact information will only be shared with those within the City working on your service request. 

Call 911 in all emergencies or when the incident you are reporting is in progress and the on-site presence of a police officer is necessary to help resolve the matter.  DO NOT REPORT EMERGENCIES THROUGH myLiveOak.
