Eligibility

When an employee joins the City of Live Oak as a full-time employee (working 40+ hours on a regular basis), they are eligible to enroll into benefits the first month following their date of hire. The employee will have the option to enroll their eligible dependents for health care benefits. Their eligible dependents include:

• Employee's legal spouse or domestic partner

• Dependent children, stepchildren, children of their legal spouse or domestic partner.
